TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Lash Tutor ,New Way of Learning™.
By booking a session, accessing training materials, or participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Payments

  1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  2. Sessions are charged individually (pay-as-you-go).

  3. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Refund Policy

  1. No refunds are offered for any booking, for any reason.

  2. This includes change of mind, cancellations, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.

  3. If you book a session and do not attend, the payment is forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  1. You may reschedule with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

  2. If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, the session becomes non-refundable.

  3. A new session must be booked and paid for to continue the training pathway.

  4. Repeated rescheduling may limit your future booking options.

4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

  1. If you do not attend your scheduled session, it is considered a no-show.

  2. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  3. A new paid booking is required to continue your training.

5. Training Materials & Copyright

  1. All PDFs, worksheets, videos, and written content provided are the intellectual property of The Lash Tutor.

  2. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials.

  3. Training videos and resources are for your personal learning only.

6. Certification Requirements

  1. Certification is typically achieved in 14–16 sessions, but timeframes may vary.

  2. You must complete all required steps, worksheets, assessments, and practical tasks.

  3. Safety, hygiene, and competency standards must be consistently demonstrated.

  4. The Lash Tutor reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met.

7. Client Conduct

  1. Students must behave respectfully and follow all instructions during sessions.

  2. Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of training with no refunds.

8. Health & Safety

  1. Students must disclose any hand, wrist, vision, or health issues that could impact training.

  2. The Lash Tutor is not responsible for injuries caused by improper tool use or failure to follow instructions.

  3. You agree to practise safely and follow all guidelines provided.

9. Technical Requirements (for Zoom Sessions)

  1. Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

    • A working internet connection

    • A device with a camera

    • Adequate lighting

  2. If technical issues occur on the student's side and a session cannot continue, the session is not refundable.

10. Liability

  1. The Lash Tutor is not liable for:

    • Loss of income

    • Injuries caused by lash application

    • Business outcomes or client results

  2. Training provides skills and guidance, but success depends on the student's ongoing practise and application.

11. Changes to Terms

The Lash Tutor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the website.

12. Acceptance

By booking, paying, attending training, or accessing materials, you acknowledge and accept all Terms & Conditions listed above.
